Dispatch & Handling Times
Delivery timelines vary based on the product type, location, and whether installation is required:
- Ready-to-ship products: Typically delivered within 1–2 weeks.
- Hot tubs & ice baths: Delivery and installation usually scheduled within 2–4 weeks.
- Standard saunas: Delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on stock and access conditions.
- Custom-built saunas: Made-to-order in Sweden; allow 4-6 month for manufacturing and delivery.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and provide tracking details or scheduled delivery times once your order is confirmed.
Shipping & Installation Costs
We provide a white glove delivery and installation service for all saunas, ice baths, and hot tubs. This includes:
- Delivery to your home or property
- Placement and professional installation
- Setup guidance so your product is ready to enjoy from day one

Shipping Partners & Tracking

Delivery Notes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery during business hours.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
- For properties with difficult access (e.g. steep driveways, stairs, remote locations), please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
