Change-of-Mind Returns

Saunas

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible sauna purchases. To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • A return request must be approved by our team in writing

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply in some cases.

Hot Tubs & Ice Baths

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for hot tubs and ice baths. These are considered final sale unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products that are custom-built or made-to-order (e.g. indoor sauna kits configured through our website) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, refunds are only provided for these items if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. All items are covered under relevant manufacturer warranties and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@willowcove.com.au. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
We’ll work with the supplier or manufacturer to arrange a prompt repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

All products sold by Willow Cove Collections Pty Ltd include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary depending on the product and brand.

Warranty

At Willow Cove, we are committed to offering products crafted to the highest standards, designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Every sauna, hot tub, ice bath, and accessory we offer is backed by comprehensive warranty coverage for your peace of mind.

Saunas

  • Warranty Period: 2 years

  • Covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship, including heaters, control panels, and electrical components unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.


Hot Tubs

Our hot tubs are built to last and are backed by one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry:

  • 50-year structural warranty — covers the integrity of the tub’s main structure.

  • 20-year barrel warranty — protects the cedar barrel against defects in materials or workmanship.

  • 5-year burner warranty — ensures lasting performance of the heating system.

  • 24-month warranty on pumps, plumbing, electrical components, and other operational parts unless otherwise specified by the supplier.

Ice Baths

  • Warranty Period: 2 years

  • Includes all functional and operational components, unless otherwise stated.
